WHY ARE YOU READING THIS INFORMATION?

To support its environmental policy, CLN Group has implemented the Green Issue Portal, a web portal that provides a space where CLN employees can contribute to environmental sustainability by suggesting useful new ideas for making significant improvements to the environmental impact of company operations.

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation"), the information provided on this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who visit and use the following website:

This information does not concern other websites, pages, or online services that can be reached via hypertext links that may be published on the website but refer to resources outside the domain of CLN Group.

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF DATA

We use your personal data as deemed necessary for the operation of the Green Issue portal and in accordance with its purposes; submitting the data is free, you are not required to provide your personal data; if your data is not submitted, you cannot participate in the project and its prize drawing. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (Consent).

 

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

Navigation data 

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data. The transmission of such data is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This data category includes: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users; the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources; the time of the request; the method used to submit the request to the server; the size of the file obtained in response; the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.); other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. The navigation data are not kept for more than the time necessary to guarantee the functioning of the website and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except where judicial authorities may require such data to ascertain crimes and/or violations).

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses, as well as the filling and forwarding of the forms on the website, implies the acquisition of the sender's contact data, which is necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in said communications like login credentials and the other personally identifiable information.

Personal data that are manifestly not useful for processing a specific report will not be collected or, if accidentally collected, will be deleted immediately.

DATA RETENTION

Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to carry out the Green Issue project, in accordance with the purposes set out in this Policy; in any case, the data will be retained as long as necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations, the resolution of disputes or to the extent permitted by law.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The personal data collected in the Green Issue web portal will be processed by the Data Controller's staff, acting in accordance with specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of such processing; personal data may also be processed by individuals designated as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulations, for the purpose of developing, making available and operationally managing the technological platforms used.

 

TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

There is no transfer of User's data to third countries outside the EU or to international organizations.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

Data subjects have the right to obtain, where appropriate, access to their personal data, or the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them, or the right to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and the right to object to processing of personal data concerning them (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulations). RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

If the Data subjects believe that the processing of their personal data, as performed by this website, is in violation of the Regulation, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Garante), as provided by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or else to appeal to the appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).
